Please first ensure you are using the latest version of JW Scheduler. The latest version can be found on the Download JW Scheduler page.
If your problem relates to a missing template, this may be because the template for your language has not yet been added to JW Scheduler. To help us add this, please visit Help Improve JW Scheduler Translations and upload the missing forms/template.
If you problem or bug is not listed above, please contact us using the Contact Form below.
Please carefully re-read the Registration Email that was sent to you when you registered, and carefully follow those instructions.
If you are still unable to enter your registration Key, please see the video and instructions at How to Enter your Registration Key.

Due to the overwhelming support for JW Scheduler, we have received many Feature Requests and Suggestions. Thank you for your suggestions!
