Problem or Bug

  1. Please ensure you are using the latest version of JW Scheduler. The latest version can be found on the Download JW Scheduler page. We are unable to offer any support if you are not using the latest version.
  2. Please try closing and re-opening JW Scheduler. Some User Interface and Language problems are easily solved this way.
  3. If your problem relates to Congregation Sharing, please see How to Solve Congregation Sharing Problems
  4. If your problem relates to a translation problem, including Study Points and Outlines, please see Help Improve JW Scheduler Translations.
  5. If the problem or bug persists, please contact us using the Contact Form below. If possible, please include screenshots and detailed steps to reproduce the problem.

Registration Issue

  1. Please carefully re-read the Registration Email that was sent to you when you registered, and carefully follow those instructions.
