Locations and Circuits

JW Scheduler allows you to add Locations for Field Service Meetings and Circuit Overseer Visit activities.

Circuits can be added to help organize Neighbor Congregations and Public Speakers into Circuits, thus making it quicker and easier to schedule Public Talks.

To add and edit Locations or Circuits, click Congregation > Locations & Circuits

Locations

Add Locations

  1. Click Congregation > Locations & Circuits
  2. Set Type to Location
  3. Click New
  4. Enter the Name
  5. Enter the Address
  6. Optionally, enter a Link

Remove Locations

  1. Click Congregation > Locations & Circuits
  2. Set Type to Locations
  3. Select the location
  4. Click Delete

Zoom Locations

JW Scheduler Locations has been designed to be as flexible as possible. To schedule Zoom field service meetings you can create Zoom Locations, there are several options:

Option 1

  1. Set the Location Name to Zoom <ID>
  2. Set the Location Address to the Zoom Password
  3. Set the Location Link to the Zoom Link

Option 2

  1. Set the Location Name to Zoom <NAME>
  2. Set the Location Address to the Zoom ID and Zoom Password
  3. Set the Location Link to the Zoom Link

Circuits

  • Note: You can automatically organise and share Neighbor Congregations and Public Speakers using Public Speaker Sharing

Add Circuits

  1. Click Congregation > Locations & Circuits
  2. Set Type to Circuit
  3. Click New
  4. Enter the Name

Remove Circuits

  1. Click Congregation > Locations & Circuits
  2. Set Type to Circuit
  3. Select the circuit
  4. Click Delete

Assign a Congregation to a Circuit

  1. Click Congregation > Locations & Circuits
  2. Set Type to Circuit
  3. Under Congregations, select the congregation.
  4. Change the Circuit
