Field Service Groups

JW Scheduler can be used to view and maintain Congregation Field Service Groups. You can assign members, including inactive and children, appoint an Overseer & Assistant, and print the Field Service Groups for the congregation notice board.

To view and edit Field Service Groups, click Congregation > Field Service Groups

Note: Field Service Groups can also be assigned on the Members > Information tab.

How to Add a Field Service Group

  1. Click Congregation > Field Service Groups
  2. Under Groups, click New
  3. A new Group will be immediately added.
  4. Double-click the new Group to change the Group Name.

How to Assign Members to a Group

  1. Click Congregation > Field Service Groups
  2. Under Groups, select Unassigned.
  3. This will list all the Members who are not assigned a group.
  4. Under Members, select the Member you wish to assign
  5. Under Edit, select their new Field Service Group.
    1. Note: You can also set whether they are a Group OverseerGroup Servant or Group Assistant.

How to Move a Member from one Group to another

  1. Click Congregation > Field Service Groups
  2. Under Groups, select the members original Field Service Group.
  3. This will list all the Members who are assigned to that group.
  4. Under Members, select the Member you wish to move
  5. Under Edit, select their new Field Service Group.
    1. Note: You can also set whether they are a Group OverseerGroup Servant or Group Assistant.
