JW Scheduler can record and print congregation Meeting Attendance Records, including printing the S-88 form for the Circuit Overseers visit. Meeting Attendance history and records are also shown in various reports, such as a Congregation Summary.
To view and record Meeting Attendance Records, click Congregation > Meeting Attendance Records.

How to Record the Meeting Attendance Records
- Click Congregation > Meeting Attendance Records
- Select the Year and Month
- Enter the attendance for the Midweek Meeting and Weekend Meeting.

How to View and Print Meeting Attendance Records
- Click Congregation > Meeting Attendance Records
- Select the Year and Month
- Click Save as Document or Save as PDF
- Note: Meeting Attendance Records can also been seen in the Congregation Summary Report.
- Reminder: The S-88 is printed according to Service Year. This means the 2020 Service Year will show from September 2019 to August 2020. If you want to print the October 2020 Meeting Attendance, you will need to print the 2021 Service Year.
