Territory Assignment Records

JW Scheduler can help your congregation create, record and print Territory Assignment Records for all maps worked in your congregation territory.

To view and edit Territory Assignment Records, click Congregation > Territory Assignment Records

Maps or Territories

The Territory View shows a list of all Territories in your congregation, including when they were Last Checked Out, to which Publisher, and when they were Last Checked In.

You can Sort the Territories by Number, Date Out or Last Completed date. Simply click the column heading to sort.

You can also Filter the Territories by Publisher or Area. Simply select the desired Filter, and then the desired Data.

Territory Assignment Records History is kept for 3 years.

How to Add Maps or Territories

  1. Click Congregation > Territory Assignment Records
  2. Under Territory, click New
  3. Set the Territory or Map Number
    • Note: To be as flexible as possible, you can enter text as part of the “number”, e.g. A1, A2, A3. This also means the Territory Numbers will be sorted as text, so please append “0” in front of single digit maps, e.g. 001, 002, 003.
  4. Optionally, set an Area for this Territory.
    • Note: An Area is optional, and is designed to help you better manage your territories. To create an Area, please see How to Create or Delete Areas below.
  5. Optionally, set the Notes or Description of the Territory.

How to Delete Maps or Territories

  1. Click Congregation > Territory Assignment Records
  2. In the Territory List, select the Territory you wish to delete
  3. Click Delete
    • Note: This will also delete any History for that territory.

How to Create an Area

  1. Click Congregation > Territory Assignment Records
  2. Under Areas, click New
  3. Give the Area a name

How to Delete an Area

  1. Click Congregation > Territory Assignment Records
  2. Under Areas, select the Area you want to Delete
  3. Click Delete

How to Assign or Check Out Territories

  1. Click Congregation > Territory Assignment Records
  2. Under Territories List, select the Territory or Map you wish to Assign
  3. Select the Publisher you wish to Assign to
    • Note: All Active members who have a Privilege of UBP, Publisher, MS or Elder can be assigned territories.
  4. Set the Date you wish to make the Assignment
  5. Click Check Out

How to Return or Check In Territories

  1. Click Congregation > Territory Assignment Records
  2. Under Territories List, select the Territory or Map you wish to Return or Check In
  3. Set the Date you wish to Return or Check In
  4. Click Check In

Territory Assignment Records

JW Scheduler includes a Territory Assignment Record organiser where the congregation Service Overseer, map servant or assistant can record and organise the congregation Territory Assignments, including making map assignments to publishers.

JW Scheduler lets the congregation Service Overseer or the Territory Servant Check Out field service maps or territories to other publishers for personal or congregation use.

The Date and Publisher is recorded, and is kept in the Territory Assignment History for printing to the S-13 Territory Assignment Record.

Congregation Territories can be grouped by Area and given any meaningful name or number.

JW Scheduler can display and sort territories by Name, Number, Publisher, Date Out or Last completed.

This helps the Service Overseer or Territory Servant quickly know which territory should be next assigned.

JW Scheduler produces attractive and practical Territory Assignment reports, which can be emailed, printed, or saved as either Document or PDF.

S-13 Territory Assignment Record

The new S-13 Territory Assignment Record form can be printed showing a complete record and history of Congregation Territory worked.

Congregation Territory Summary

Displays a beautiful summary of the Congregation’s recent Field Service Activity, including which territories were covered, when, and how much of the congregation’s territory was covered in the last 6 and 12 months.

JW Scheduler automatically share and synchronize Territory Assignment Records and assignments with all elders.

This greatly assists all elders to keep up-to-date with Territory Assignments, as well as know who is currently working which maps.

Publishers can see which Territories or Maps have been assigned to them, as well as which Territories or Maps are used for which Field Service Groups. (NOT YET AVAILABLE – COMING SOON)
