INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Downloading JW Scheduler application. You are required to provide your first name and email address when you download JW Scheduler. Your email address may be used to send JW Scheduler Updates. Updates are usually sent every 4-6 weeks. You may also choose to not receive these updates at any time.

Registration. When you register, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, address, and email address. Payment information is directed to PayPal to process the transaction. We do not store any financial account information on our systems.

Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive information about you such as your name, email address, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

Using JW Scheduler. JW Scheduler Pty Ltd collects basic information on how you use this application so that we can improve our software and deliver a better experience. To do this, we use unique device identifiers to identify your computer or mobile device. This application also logs information such as your operating system and IP address.

Except as mentioned above, we do not collect any other personal information or congregation information from the use of the JW Scheduler application.

CONGREGATION, MEMBER AND SCHEDULE DATA

All Congregation, Member and Schedule data is owned by you and your congregation. We are not responsible for any Congregation, Member and Schedule data stored in the JW Scheduler application. If required by law, you are personally responsible for obtaining permission to store such data. You are personally responsible for saving, backing up and securing such data. You are personally responsible for storing or using such data in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

We cannot access your Congregation, Member and Schedule data unless you voluntarily send us data for debugging or support purposes. Any data sent for debugging or support purposes is only used for this purpose and is immediately deleted after such services are provided.

Data sent via Congregation Sharing is fully encrypted and cannot be accessed by us at any time.

DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
